What We Offer...
RTC was created to support men of colour who have experienced trauma and been impacted by the criminal justice system. We deliver culturally responsive counselling and trauma-informed care, with a focus on healing, empowerment, and systemic change.
We aim to match clients with counsellors who reflect their ethnic and cultural backgrounds, fostering relational depth and shared understanding. This helps dismantle the mistrust that often prevents engagement with mainstream services.
Therapeutic Counselling (trauma-informed)
We offer a safe, supportive space for healing. Our trauma-informed care recognises past experiences and focuses on empowerment, choice, and trust.
Evidence based research and knowledge sharing
Our practice is grounded in the latest psychological research and best practices. We continually update our knowledge to ensure you receive the most effective, up-to-date care.
Community Engagement
We believe in the power of community. Through collaboration and shared understanding, we actively work to create change and dismantle the systemic barriers that impact men of colour.
